Join us in Prana Yoga Healing in Beautiful Bali, June 2019 and immerse yourself in 19 Days of training.
In addition to Vinyasa Yoga you’ll learn the foundations of Yin Yoga plus, meditation, pranayama, mantra, philosophy, anatomy and physiology Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Taking a Yoga Teacher Training is a fantastic way to meet your tribe, immerse yourself in the eight-limbs, learn and talk all things yoga.
You’ll get the opportunity to teach a class to your peers and plenty of practical advice on how to create your own personal brand and start teaching yoga classes after graduation.

Prana Yoga Healing is a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School. Instructors are Yoga Alliance certified and working yoga teachers with a wealth of (life) experience.

Our Program

VINYASA YOGA

The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way”.

In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. 

There’s a freedom in vinyasa to create interesting and powerful sequences, dynamic and slow using the body and breath like waves. Always moving, always breathing.

YIN YOGA

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time.

Yin encourages us to slow down and go inward. 

Yin is an amazing way to maintain flexibility and mobility in our joints, which is especially important at any age, or if we run or play sports.

To make the most of your training we recommend an early night! Lights out at 10pm

Course Contents

  • Vinyasa flow 
  • Yin Fundamentals
  • Mantra chanting and meditation.
  • Modifications, other variations and advance variation of all postures.
  • How to use yoga props like block, strap & wall in your yoga practice.
  • Observation and feedback on your personal practice.
  • Method, principle, sequencing, adjusting, benefits and cautions of Yoga postures.
  • Pranayama (breathing techniques)
  • Learning to teach yoga classes for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels students.
  • Anatomy, Physiology
  • Yoga philosophy (eight Limbs of Ashtanga-yoga) with Patanjali Yoga Sutra.
  • Teaching practicum.

USD $200 Deposit Required to secure place. This is non-refundable, however it can be used for a future training within a 6-month period.

We request that applicants have a strong interest in yoga and leading a yogic life. At least 6 months of classes or home practice is also advised.
